New menu and special rosè selection at Armani/Bamboo Bar
Milano, 8th June 2021 – Since few weeks after its reopening, Armani/Bamboo Bar is ready to host its guests with two very important news: the new menu and a special selection of rosè.
On the panoramic view of Armani/Hotel Milano, Armani/Bamboo Bar is ready to become the ideal place to enjoy lunch, dinner or aperitif. In the new culinary proposal, a section is dedicated to seafood specialties, with seabass, tuna, red prawn and salmon carpaccio, in addition to oysters and caviar, served with blinis with buckwheat, chive sour cream. The sea breeze is shown through a selection of natural and fresh ingredients. The reinterpretation of Italian traditions with a contemporary hand by Executive Chef Francesco Mascheroni is fundamental in the menu.
Everyday from 11 am to 11 pm, guests will have the possibility to choose a variety of dishes, among which Gragnano Pasta “Pastificio Gentile”, ciliegino tomato sauce, Milanese veal, flaked potatos, Pantelleria oregan, barbecue saus or Cockerel miso marineted, sesame, pak choi.
