Armani Hotel Dubai Unveils Uae’s First Dedicated Kosher Restaurant

Armani Hotel Dubai expands its award-winning culinary offering with the launch of the UAE’s first fully kosher five-star dining experience

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 1 July 2021: -Following the success of its 2020 popup experience, Armani Hotel Dubai has officially opened its doors to the UAE’s first kosher-certified dining destination – Armani/Kaf.

The breakfast through to late night dining venue is located at the heart of Burj Khalifa’s hospitality icon and represents a new era of culinary discovery for hotel guests and international travellers looking to enjoy the very best international kosher cuisine.

The decision to open a dedicated venue follows the 2020 success of an eponymous pop-up dinner venue, with
Armani/Kaf taking over the high-traffic ground floor location previously occupied by Armani/Deli.

At the culinary helm is Armani Hotel Dubai Executive Chef, Fabien Fayolle, who has designed a seasonally changing menu that offers a global gourmet take on kosher cuisine designed to reflect Dubai’s multicultural demographic. Underpinned by innovation, the menu honours signature Armani dishes with flavours and preparations from Asia and Europe to the Middle East.

Armani/Kaf’s menu is fully compliant with Jewish dietary laws (kashrut) and operates under the rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Levi Y Duchman, Rabbi of the UAE, who has certified the venue with Glatt Kosher and Pas Yisroel certifications from Emirates Agency for Kosher Certification (EAKC), the only UAE based kosher certifier.

The contemporary luxurious setting is paired with stunning views of The Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai, with a menu no less impressive. Appetisers feature Middle Eastern mezze alongside Israeli salad, European favourites such as heirloom tomato gazpacho, and Asian flavours like chicken satay. Main courses feature the bestselling Armani/Amal balti murgh, pan-fried seabass with harra sauce, chicken
schnitzel, vegetarian moussaka and braised beef oyster blade. Dessert is no less international with sweet temptations including Armani/Ristorante’s signature sfera with mango sorbet, coconut panacotta and a fresh fig tart.

For diners on the go, Armani/Kaf offers a takeaway menu that also includes bakery favourites ranging from a simple yet delicious chocolate muffin to a date pudim slice and sesame seeded challah bread. Shabbat dining is also catered for with a takeout choice of a small or large shabbat combo featuring salad of the day, challah, vegetable soup, choice of main course with accompaniments and fresh fruit dessert. In-room kosher dining options are also available.

Armani/Kaf is open Sunday to Thursday, from 6:30pm -11.30pm.
